But this had such a wicked beat going to it that i just thought it was awesome. And the animation was great, the lines could have been a bit smoother and more consistent maybe, but the movement was wicked, i loved the chicks dancing, made me laugh.

I'm sorry but i think you hurt rick roll with this one :P you need a few more in-betweens to smooth the animation a bit, and yeah, less repetitive would be good.

Also, the whole thing had a whole Anime style feel to it, which i dont think really suits Rick Astley, or his music.

I appreciate the effort you've put into this, and I dont mean to insult, but you have to be carefull when messing with one of the most popular songs on the interwebs.

It was really good, i dont think the clock talking style was necessary, and if anything it took away from its quality. But all-round, that was really nice, that girls voice was really creepy, and really helped set the mood. Nice work :-)

Although i hope you werent actually trying to send a serious message across with the whole oppressive heterosexual hegemony thing, that would just take the fun out of the animation.

I'm not going to say what you've done is crap, for what its meant to be, i'm sure its up to par, but... really, you didnt actually create anything, people are voting for someone elses artwork that you just happened to find, its like me taking Waterlollies, and the madness series, submitting them with my own preloader and play button. I'm sure there must be a place you can submit stuff like this, i find it a little sad that this made it out of the judgement stage.
